Photography started for Stephanie as a late teen hobby; it began by taking photos of friends and outings with a point and shoot 35mm film camera. As time passed and the urge to go further intensified, Stephanie purchased her first SLR film camera. After taking photos of friends and family, the encouragement associated with positive feedback, and lots of prayers, Stephanie took on her first wedding and it has grown ever since. In 2009 Stephanie stepped out professionally and started Focus 1 Photography along with help from her husband Bobby. She is an on-location photographer specializing in family, individual portraits, seniors, nature, and weddings just to name a few. She’s also had several opportunities to help with fundraisers for local schools and organizations. Stephanie has also been recognized with her local yellow pages phone book with the cover in 2011 and 2012. Stephanie prides herself not only in quality photographs but also capturing the individual personality of each client.
